We want to inform you that from December 7, 2025, through January 4, 2026, our regular customer service will operate remotely on a limited schedule while our office team is away.

During this period, all communication will be handled exclusively through:

All inquiries received via email or text will be responded to within 24 hours. To better assist you, please include your name, service address, and a brief message. 

This is the first time in 15 years we are implementing this adjusted service schedule, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. This temporary change is necessary so we can continue providing the dependable service our customers expect.

Payment Notice — Important 

To avoid interruption to your sanitation service: 

🔴 If your service is not paid by December 7, 2025, JC Sanitation LLC reserves the right to suspend your service due to non-payment. 

🔔 Please note: The current quarterly payment was due on October 31, 2025.

Please note that all invoices were sent on 1/1/25, 4/1/25, 7/25, and 10/1/25. 

You can access your invoices and submit payment using the link sent to your email. 

We also accept payments through the following methods:

Please include a memo or send us an email/text to confirm your payment. Our full customer service operations will resume on January 4, 2026.

Holiday Schedule - 2025 -2026 

Our service crews will be working on a regular schedule on 12/25/25 -Christmas Day and 1/1/2026- New Year's Day. 

We are expecting to complete our regular routes earlier than usual during these dates. Please make sure your trash is out the night before your collection day. 

Please remember that bulk items are not part of our regular service. It must be arranged before collection, and it does represent an additional fee. 

In case of snow accumulation during the winter season, to ensure your back door service, you will need to keep a clear path of snow or ice to avoid any incidents. If you can't, please bring your trash can (s) to the curb. Our employees' well-being is essential to us.
